Peter is the Director of Mindfulness Programs at SAP, a global market leader in enterprise application software. Peter is also an executive coach and mindfulness teacher and he was previously a Global Health Management Ambassador for SAP. He spent 15 years working with SAP clients internationally as a senior project and program delivery manager.
Peter created the Mindfulness @ SAP Program to support a cultural change. Offering mindfulness based trainings to SAP’s employees will support a cultural shift towards an increasing capacity of creativity, focus, resilience, leadership excellence and wellbeing at all levels of the organization.

Prof. Dr. Peter Bofinger

Peter, born 1954, is Professor of economics at the University of Würzburg. He is regarded as an unconventional economist, who is not only speaking out to theoretical questions, but especially to present topics of political economy. As a member of the council of experts for the assessment of the macroeconomic development he belongs to the “Five Wise Economists” of the federal government. For many centuries he has been practicing meditation.

Christian Felber

Christian, Ph.D is an author, lecturer, und contemporary dancer in Vienna. He initiated the "Economy for the Common Good" and the project "Bank for the Common Good". Felber is the author of several bestsellers, most recently, "Let's save the Euro!" and "Change Everything: Creating an economy for the common good." His book, “Money. The new rules of the game”, was awarded the getAbstract International Book Award in 2014.

His books “Anleitung zum Zukunftsoptimismus” (Manual for Futureoptimism) and “Das Buch des Wandels” (The Book of Change) are bestsellers. He is a guest lecturer for prognostics and early detection at various Colleges. Being a passionate European, he commutes between London, Frankfurt and Vienna, where him and his family inhabit the “Future Evolution House” since 2010.

Christian, born 1967, looks back on over 13 years of professional experience in the field of Fixed Income. He started his career with JP Morgan where he worked in various responsible positions. Since June 2005 he managed the business in bonds and shares for Lehman Brothers in Germany and Austria. In 2008 Citigroup Germany appointed Spieler as director of Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities (FICC) for Germany and Austria. Simultaneously the 48-year olf became a Member of the board of Citigoup Global Markets Germany. He has known meditation for many years from his own practice.

Dr. Bitta Hölzel
Dr. Bitta Hölzel

Britta is a certified psychologist, a neuroscientist, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)- and Yogainstructor. As a scientist she is researching neuronal mechanisms of mindfulness meditation by means of magnet resonance image data. So far she has conducted her studies at the Harvard Medical School in Boston, USA, at the University of Giessen and at the Charité in Berlin. Currently she is working at the TU Munich.

We will approach the topic in a practical, as well as in a theoretical manner. At the heart of the conference lies the dialogue and the experience of its participants. We understand speaker as creative motivators. The program will include practice, as well as dialogue. It is our aim to initiate formats that include every participant as a crucial component of the conference at large. More details will follow. The conference language is German.
